General Rules
Spinando Casino is operated by Hollycorn N.V. under Curaçao license OGL/2023/176/0095. Players must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required by their jurisdiction. The casino reserves the right to verify age and identity at any stage.
Accounts
- Only one account per person, household or IP address is permitted.
- Account details must be accurate and up to date.
- The casino may suspend or close accounts in case of fraud, multiple registrations or violation of these Terms.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player’s own name. Withdrawals may require verification through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Spinando reserves the right to limit withdrawal amounts in accordance with its banking policy.
